It’s been a heck of a year, and we have accomplished more than we thought we could in a single year. BUT it has only been possible because Y’ALL support us, share our info and always have our backs.

Art & comedy
- The Atlanta Film Festival starts Thursday, and continues through April 30. The lineup includes 39 world premieres. Atlantans won’t want to miss “It’s Only Life After All,” a movie about the Indigo Girls.
- This Friday is April’s Friday Jazz at the High night.
- Start your weekends unwinding with live musical performances in The Colony Square Plaza every Friday from April to October.
- Regions Bank Broadway in Atlanta presents “Moulin Rouge! The Musical” at the Fox Theatre. Running from Wednesday through April 30.
- Kirkwood Artist Market: April at Pullman Rail Yard on SUNDAY from 12 PM – 6 PM
- The Vintage Pop Up at Artists & Flea at Ponce City Market on SATURDAY AT 11 AM to 6 PM.
- Join the Atlanta Arts, Vegan, and Vegetarian Festival for free at 660 Johnson Road Northwest, Atlanta on SATURDAY from 12 PM to 8 PM
- DISCLOSURE: A Burlesque Experience – Doors 8:00 pm, Show 9:00 pm and NOSE TO THE RHINESTONE: Burlesque Brunch & Peer Revue with Brunch by Jen Chan’s!
- The Marietta Square Artisan Market is an outdoor market that features local art and hand-crafted items. It takes place on most Saturdays, year-round.
- See what is playing at a local theater venue.
- Food and Street Art Tour of the Atlanta BeltLine – Every Saturday until 11/18/2023.
- The Shakespeare Tavern Playhouse announces the special April 2023 production, “By My Will,” a new divine comedy that explores the source of Shakespeare’s genius.
- “Tiny Beautiful Things,” running at the Balzer Theater at Herren’s through April 23, is based on a book by author Cheryl Strayed.

- SweetWater 420 Festival brings music Saturday and Sunday at SweetWater Brewery. Among the musical acts performing are Shakey Graves, Rome and Duddy, The Stews and Maggie Rose. A word to the wise from the brewery: Do not bring your car as parking space is unlikely.
- Atlanta Green Market 2023 is on 4/22/23 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Ponce City Market
- Earth Day Fest: Art, Music, Nature and More! at
- East Atlanta Village Farmers Market – SATURDAY AT 12 PM – 6 PM

- The Farmer’s Markets are back. Join your local farmer’s markets as they open back up for spring. - Disney On Ice: Find Your Hero is 4/21/23 to 4/23/23 at Gas South Arena
- Atlanta Motor Speedway welcomes Monster Jam Saturday and Sunday. The roars begin at 7 p.m.
- Nature Connection Day for Families! at Little Forrest School is this Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM.
- Six Flags reopens this month. March and April: Open Saturdays and Sundays.
- CABBAGE PATCH! A Family Friendly Drag Show! is at Wild Heaven Beer this Sunday from 1 PM – 3 PM

Sports, fitness & outdoors:
- The Atlanta Hawks bring their playoff battle with the Boston Celtics to State Farm Arena Friday and Sunday. Tip off for both games is 7 p.m.
- Atlanta United FC faces Chicago Fire FC at 4:30 p.m. Sunday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
- It’s the Atlanta Braves vs. the Houston Astros all weekend at Truist Park. Fans who attend the Friday night game (first pitch at 7:20 p.m.) will get to enjoy Friday Night Fireworks after the game. Saturday’s game also starts at 7:20 p.m. On Sunday (game time 1:30 pm.), the first 3,000 kids through the gate will receive a Michael Harris II “Money Mike” piggy bank.
- Yaarab Shrine Center is the place to be on Saturday to watch the Atlanta Roller Derby‘s Dirty South Derby play Jacksonville Roller Derby. The fun begins at 7:03 p.m.
- Zoo Atlanta Plant Sale is this Saturday from 8 AM – 2 PM

- Shaky Knees Music Festival is back for its TENTH year! This rockin’ festival takes place on May 5-7 at Central Park and will feature more than 60 bands, including headliners like The Killers, Muse, and The Lumineers, performing on four different stages
