It is important to wash and maintain your car. Car detailing is one way to do that. It is much more thorough than a simple car wash. While a car wash may help to rid your car of obvious dirt, debris or pollen, a car detail is also focused on addressing some of the unseen debris that can reduce the life of your paint and the shine of your vehicle.

A car’s paint and coating can be easily scratched and chipped. For example, tunnel car washes can cause swirl marks to appear on the sides of your car. These are micro-scratches caused by the abrasive power brushes and harsh rags used to wipe down a car as it exits the tunnel.

Professional auto detailers take greater care when caring for your car and understand your unique needs. They are not concerned with hosing your car off and pushing you through a line, they are focused on what would best clean and protect your car. For example, this means you won’t find any of our techs carrying harsh products like Amor All or spraying chemicals directly on dashboards. That is a surefire way to damage – rather than protect – your vehicle.
