Not to toot our own horn or anything, but it is our birthday!!!It’s been a heck of a year, and we have accomplished more than we thought we could in a single year. BUT it has only been possible because Y’ALL support us, share our info and always have our backs.
We are sending aHUGE thank you to everyone who has supported us in any way this year. We really couldn’t do this without you, and we are forever grateful to get to serve you and be a part of this community!

The Atlanta Film Festival starts Thursday, and continues through April 30. The lineup includes 39 world premieres. Atlantans won’t want to miss “It’s Only Life After All,” a movie about the Indigo Girls.
The Shakespeare Tavern Playhouse announces the special April 2023 production, “By My Will,” a new divine comedy that explores the source of Shakespeare’s genius.
“Tiny Beautiful Things,” running at the Balzer Theater at Herren’s through April 23, is based on a book by author Cheryl Strayed.
More fun things!
SweetWater 420 Festival brings music Saturday and Sunday at SweetWater Brewery. Among the musical acts performing are Shakey Graves, Rome and Duddy, The Stews and Maggie Rose. A word to the wise from the brewery: Do not bring your car as parking space is unlikely.
This Saturday from 9 AM – 7 PM is Record Store Day ’23 at Criminal Records in L5P
Please save the date on April 21st for the biggest annual fundraising event, Bash, which will be held on Friday, April 21 from 7-11 p.m. at the Trolley Barn in Inman Park. Tickets at https://tinyurl.com/yk2js5t7
The Atlanta Hawks bring their playoff battle with the Boston Celtics to State Farm Arena Friday and Sunday. Tip off for both games is 7 p.m.
Atlanta United FC faces Chicago Fire FC at 4:30 p.m. Sunday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
It’s the Atlanta Braves vs. the Houston Astros all weekend at Truist Park. Fans who attend the Friday night game (first pitch at 7:20 p.m.) will get to enjoy Friday Night Fireworks after the game. Saturday’s game also starts at 7:20 p.m. On Sunday (game time 1:30 pm.), the first 3,000 kids through the gate will receive a Michael Harris II “Money Mike” piggy bank.
Yaarab Shrine Center is the place to be on Saturday to watch the Atlanta Roller Derby‘s Dirty South Derby play Jacksonville Roller Derby. The fun begins at 7:03 p.m.

Tucker Cruise-In is a non-profit, old-fashioned town meet and greet car show located on Main Street in Tucker, Georgia that is happening this Saturday!
Atlanta Botanical Gardens is hosting: Natural Egg Dyeing on 4/7/23 at 10:00 AM, Spring Break Family Fun this week, and The exhibit, “Trolls: Save the Humans” by Thomas Dambo through Sept. 17.

The Home Opener for the Atlanta Braves is Thursday against the San Diego Padres. First pitch is 7:20 p.m. for all weekend games except the April 9 game, which begins at 7:08 p.m. Friday there will be magnetic schedules at the gate. On Saturday, enjoy live music, and on Sunday bobbleheads are available to the first 3,000 kids through the gate.

The Atlanta Braves will host their third annual weekend series between two historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) baseball programs, the Ralph Garr-Bill Lucas HBCU Baseball Classic presented by Truist.
FedEx is sponsoring free admission to the National Center for Civil and Human Rights on Saturday on a first-come, first-served basis. Go online to register.
On stage at Alliance Theater Sunday through March 10 is “The Hot Wing King,” winner of the 2021 Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
“Romeo and Juliet” is on stage at Shakespeare Tavern Saturday through March 4.
Superica in West Midtown’s opening date is Monday, March 6. However, they will be hosting a preview breakfast taco pop-up to celebrate, set for Saturday, February 25, from 9 to 11 a.m.
Head to Hops in the Hangar! This event is a celebration of delicious beers and a fundraiser for the Delta Flight Museum. Saturday, Feb. 25, from 6-10 p.m. at Delta’s Atlanta HQ.

The Atlanta Hawks have two home games at State Farm Arena this weekend. Friday at 7:30 p.m. it’s HBCU Night when the Hawks take on the Cleveland Cavaliers. On Sunday at 3 p.m., it’s the Hawks vs. the Nets.
The Publix Atlanta Marathon, Half Marathon and 5K are this weekend. Both the half and full marathons take runners past some of Atlanta’s most important monuments, stadiums, college campuses and neighborhoods.
Get a behind-the-scenes peek at the Tiny Doors open house this Saturday. This is a recurring event that takes place on third Saturdays of each month.
